Getting Started

First-Time Setup

Tap Set Up.
Create an account for device sync, or continue with local-only setup.
Register your profile and scan your SBM Kit Key.
Return to the dashboard, tap Scan, and frame your SBM.
The app will automatically detect and register the serial number for each SBM you scan.

The Spatial Behavior Matrix System has two components: the physical SBM Starter Kit and the digital mobile application: Spatial Behavior Matrix Digital Hub.

You can use the physical component on its own, or add the digital component to store, analyze, and access your Matrix data across multiple devices.

How It Works

Each SBM tracks one month for one Domain.

Step 1 — Create a Domain

Examples:

Workout
Nutrition
Rest

Each Domain contains 1 to 4 Events.

Step 2 — Fill the Dots Daily

Each day has 4 dots. Each dot represents one of your Events.

Recommended sequence:

You may organize your Events in any way that works for you. The key is consistency.

Tips

Start with 1 or 2 Domains.
Keep Events simple.
Focus on daily completion, not perfection.
Start each Monthly Matrix on the weekday that matches the first day of that calendar month.

Anything that benefits from consistency:

Fitness routines
Work habits
Social goals
Skill development

If it repeats, it fits.

For Parents

This system works well for helping children build good habits. You can create a Workspace for each child and assign each one their own Domains and Events. Use a separate colored SBM and WINDOW/Platform for each child, or use a separate Starter Kit for each.
